All kinds of materials can be machined including hardened or tough steels and even carbide. This also includes conventional machining of complex components in non ferrous metals and plastics.
Single sourcing option is also offered for components for the extra processes required such as heat treatments and surface finishes and coatings, to give a complete finished part to the drawing specification.

Drawing files can be used from most kinds of file type , 2d Cad , 3d Models, or the traditional paper type and redrawn on the Cad/Cam systems.
Also input with design of jigs and fixtures / prototypes / gauges can be given.
Products manufactured can be anything from one offs to large quantities, and to within tolerances of 0.005mm ( 0.0002” ).
